Human brucellosis remains a global public health problem, its treatment principles varying widely in different endemic areas: various combinations are being used, and multiple small clinical and in vitro studies often yield contradicting results. The present meeting aims to bring together all the leading voices on human brucellosis and attempt to reach a consensus result on present and future state of human brucellosis treatment and diagnosis. The International Society of Chemotherapy and the Organizing Committee invite to Ioannina, Greece, all scientists willing to add their voice to this attempt and enjoy the exceptional local hospitality.

The meeting will gather all leading scientists on human brucellosis worldwide, and moreover various infectious disease specialists from all over the world.
